**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the manufacturing of stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry, ensuring all welds are food-grade or sanitary. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining departmental and individual goals, coordinating workloads, managing staffing requirements, and leading strategic projects. The 2nd shift currently has about 40 people and will eventually grow to about 75 people, with the Production Supervisor overseeing 30 to 35 individuals. The work environment may include exposure to extreme heat, humidity, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, loud noise, and all-weather conditions. This position may require overtime, night shifts, and weekend work hours.
