**Looking for variety and an opportunity to jump start your career in construction?** Our Structural group has an immediate opening for a welding helper to support the fabrication of various steel to supporting an upcoming project. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of welding, fabrication. **Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:** + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Assist welders in the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures. + Work within a team of welders to ensure the appropriate tools are in place to support fabrication. + Clean and maintain the work area and welding equipment. **You'll be a perfect fit if you have:** + Welding certification from vocational program (a plus). + Experience welding pipe or structures. + Experience working in construction as a helper or tradesmen. **Compensation and benefits offering:** + Pay: $18 - $22 an hour (based on experience) + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure). + PTO and paid holidays. + Health benefits - Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
