**Job Posting: Night Shift Welding Lead** **Location:** Casper, WY **Shift Schedule: Night Shift** + Monday – Thursday: 4:45 PM – 3:15 AM + Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $35.90/hour **Position Overview: Adecco is currently assisting a local client** seeking a skilled **Night Shift Welding Lead** to supervise and support a team of up to 52 welders during night shifts at our Casper, WY location. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality work, guiding welders, troubleshooting issues, and preparing the team for new tasks. The Lead reports directly to the shift supervisor and primarily leads while occasionally performing welding tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and direct up to 52 welders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. + Assist with technical challenges and prepare welders for upcoming projects. + Work closely with the shift supervisor to maintain smooth operations and address any workflow issues. + Lead by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and strong verbal and written communication skills. + Perform welding tasks as needed (approximately 10% of the time). **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of solid structural welding experience with proven leadership abilities. + **Welding Skills:** Proficiency in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). + **Leadership Experience:** Previous lead experience preferred; strong leadership qualities required. + **Mathematical Skills:** Proficiency in reading welding plans and performing related calculations (circumference, decimals, fractions). + **Education:** Welding school background preferred but not required; substantial experience and skill demonstration are essential. + **Attributes:** Professionalism, integrity, excellent communication skills, and team motivation capabilities. **Pay Details:** $35.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
