Welding Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Establish production and quality control standards with management. Plan and prioritize production activities, balancing efficiency and cost considerations. Coordinate production with maintenance and quality control to ensure optimal labor, machine, and equipment use. Lead efforts to promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering to develop methods and procedures aimed at reducing waste and improving product quality. Adjust staffing levels and overtime as needed to meet production demands. Maintain time and production records. Address workplace issues and support workers in achieving performance goals. Develop strategies to motivate the workforce. Manage employee-related tasks including hiring, training, work assignments, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and addressing associate concerns. Uphold company procedures and collaborate with human resources to resolve potential problems.
