We are currently seeking a Welding Renovator! Welding Renovators are responsible for assisting with the exterior maintenance of several properties with an emphasis on stair stingers and treads Responsibilities include: + Welding and replacing stair stingers and treads + Traveling to different locations to assist with exterior property maintenance + Inspecting property exteriors and identifying possible concerns + Maintain equipment in proper condition - work with supervisor to identify and report any problems + Adhering to company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment Requirements: + Prior welding experience + Ability to operate various tools + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions + Effective communication skills Additional Information: Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
