**Hiring for a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor** **$70-$85k DOE - Lakeville, MN** **Job Description** This candidate will be the Production Manager overseeing the 2nd shift, which currently has approximately 10-15 welders/fabricators. Majority of the duties include ensuring that employees stay on task, produce quality work, and complete tasks on time. Additional responsibilities include tracking contractor timesheets, documenting production, conducting staff reviews, managing inventory, ensuring OSHA/Safety compliance, handling rigging/hoisting, assisting with truck loading, and training new employees. More duties will evolve as the candidate grows into the Production Manager role. **Qualifications** Previous Welding experience (MIG and TIG) Previous production management experience Experience working with ERP systems (Global Shop OR JobBoss) Experience working with fabrication equipment such as Lasers, Plasma Tables, and/or Presses. **We are looking for someone who lives and breathes welding!** **Shift** 2nd shift hours: 2:30pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday) **For more details please apply!
