The Welfare and Self-Reliance Department strives to follow Jesus Christ by embracing the two great commandments to love God and love our neighbors as it ministers to temporal needs, builds temporal self-reliance, and blesses both givers and receivers. The Welfare and Self-Reliance Manager is the point of contact for area and local leaders, providing awareness, training, and support on Church resources and services to help minister to those in need. The position serves as a support to the existing manager overseeing Italy, the Adriatic, and the Central Asian countries and can be located remotely anywhere within the Europe Central Area.
