As a Well Construction Sales Representative – ENSC you will be customer facing and responsible for winning business. Develops vision on an important market on the level of a segment with a long-term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.
In this role you will be:
Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Handling important business unit clients.
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
Department is involved in medium-large sales.
Handling big or challenging markets or multi country.
Owning and developing LWD and advanced technology upsell strategy for the Region.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Demonstrate experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
Strong LWD and/or RTS/RNS background with proven results.
Strong track record of customer engagement with strong presentation skills.
Knowledge/experience with CRM/DM systems and Well Construction processes.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
