Job Title: Well Service Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Well Service Operator to join our growing team. This role involves operating various types of equipment, including excavators, mini excavators, skid steers, dozers, rollers, and crawler/carriers. Our company performs work in the oil and gas, environmental, and commercial landscape construction industries. As we operate year-round, our operators stay busy throughout the year. Candidates must be prepared to work up to seven days a week with 12-hour shifts, and travel within the tristate area is required.

ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment in a safe manner.Operate different types of equipment efficiently.Work extended hours and overtime as required.Maintain a 6-7 days a week work schedule, depending on the project.Safely operate trucks and equipment.Load and unload trucks and equipment before and after use.Perform daily maintenance tasks and communicate any need for maintenance or repair.Adhere to safety policies and procedures.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in equipment operation.Strong work ethic.Ability to handle physical workload.Ability to use a transit.Ability to run equipment with GPS capabilities.Valid driver's license.Additional Skills & QualificationsCDL is a plus, but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

All work is performed outside, and you will be required to travel within the tristate area. The position demands working up to 7 days a week with 12-hour shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cuddy, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
