Job Summary
Optimize each well on padTroubleshoot equipment and make normal repairsAccurately record readings, pressures, and production volumes for reportsPerform job functions with concern for safety and environment Work professionally and respectfullyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities with following processes and equipment:
High Rate/PressureDry and Wet Gas Shale WellsArtificial Lift Applications:Plunger LiftsChemical InjectionPLC/HMI UsageHydraulic and pneumatic ESD SystemsAdjusting chokes (Automated and manual)Flowing Wells to maximize productionOperate artificial lift equipmentAdjust and set pneumatic liquid dump control systemsPurge sand separators, gas scrubbers and/or dripsSetting regulatorsGauging tanks and supervising fluid haulingDirect and indirect heatersLow and high pressure separatorsRegulatorsSealed tanks with vapor recovery systemsVacuum Distillation UnitsFlaresVapor Recovery Units (Start up and shut down)Flash gas compressors (Start up and shut down)Dehydration systemsManually dump drips (Automatic scrubbers)The following Expectations will be used:
To provide initial and ongoing training in your work duties and assignmentsTo provide your work progress for the next evaluation periodTo evaluate your-related conduct during the course of your employmentTp provide a 90 day evaluation on employeesQualifications and Skills
High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordPreferred 6 months experience in production/Flowback experience on legacy well padsPreferred 1 Year minimum production/Flowback on new well turn ins and high pressure (+5,000 psi)Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.Must possess the ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenanceAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and management.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.Ability to work overtime as necessary.Follow and promote good housekeeping practices and properly maintain equipment and vehiclesFollow ShalePro Energy Services fatigue programUnderstand and support clients reporting procedures for abnormal operations, safety and environmental conditions.Pay/Benefits:
