Job Title: Well Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Well Tester with a strong understanding of flow rates and the operational limits of various equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using computers and specific software programs, and have knowledge of two-phase, three-phase, and four-phase separators. The role requires expertise in operating and servicing choke manifolds, performing laboratory procedures correctly, and adhering to safety policies.

ResponsibilitiesUse a computer and specific software programs effectively.Understand and monitor flow rates.Recognize the operational limits of equipment being used.Operate two-phase, three-phase, and four-phase separators.Operate, zero, and service choke manifolds.Perform laboratory procedures accurately.Wear appropriate PPE and follow HSE policies.Maintain required safety training.Essential SkillsProficient use of power tools, measurement tools, and hand tools.Ability to read and take precise measurements.Basic computer aptitude.Strong mathematical capabilities.Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of carpentry.Experience in general labor, wastewater, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have a clean DMV record.

Work Environment

This is an extremely industrial environment, which can be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The role involves reading and testing wells outdoors, often working alone.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, California

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
