当社のウェルビーイングチームは、社員の身体的・精神的健康を総合的にサポートする専門チームです。ヘルスキーパーとして、マッサージや鍼灸といった施術のほか、ピラティス、瞑想、ストレッチなどの健康促進プログラムを提供しています。
社員一人ひとりが健康で充実した毎日を送れるよう、心と体のバランスを整えるお手伝いを行っています。健康維持のスペシャリストとして、身体のケアから心のサポートまで幅広く対応するこのお仕事は、社員の生活の質を向上させる非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。

責任範囲 (Role Description / Your impact)

* マッサージ、フットオイル・鍼灸などの施術を実施（1枠40分、1日最大5枠）。
*  ピラティス、瞑想、ストレッチなど健康促進プログラムへの参加またはサポート。 
*  Googleカレンダーを使用した施術予約の管理、およびGoogleスプレッドシートを使用した施術履歴の記録・管理。 
* 施術室の清掃、備品の管理・補充。 
*  SlackやGmailを活用した社内コミュニケーションの対応。 
*  社内ツールを利用したトレーニング受講、勤怠管理、経費精算。
* Googleスライドを使用した簡単な資料やレポートの作成。

勤務形態

* 雇用形態：正社員
* 勤務地：東京オフィス （基本的にオフィス勤務必須） 
* 勤務時間：10:30～17:30（実働6時間／休憩1時間）

必須スキル/経験

* 資格：鍼灸あん摩マッサージ指圧師の国家資格を保有していること。
* PCスキル：Microsoft OfficeやGoogle Workspaceを業務で使用した経験。
* 経験： 一般企業での勤務経験3年以上（ヘルスキーパーの経験は不問） 
* ソフトスキル：
    * 円滑なコミュニケーション能力
        * 対面での施術説明や社員対応ができる。
        * メール・チャット（Slackなど） を活用し、社内メンバーと円滑にやり取りができる。
        * オンラインミーティング での報告・連携ができる。
    * ヘルスキーパーとして社員の健康増進に情熱を持つ姿勢
    * 新しい取り組みやシステムに柔軟かつ積極的に対応できること

歓迎スキル/経験

* ピラティス、瞑想、栄養指導、スポーツ指導、ストレッチなど、施術以外の専門知識や実務経験。
* 英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
    * 英語のシステムやツール を使用することに抵抗がない。
    * 簡単な英語の読み書きや会話ができる。
