Wellness Attendant
Big Canyon Country Club is a private country club that fosters a culture focused on the growth and development of its team, all while providing the best in hospitality and experiences for its Members and their families. Wellness Attendant We are looking for an outstanding Wellness Attendant. This position is responsible for facilitating exceptional service to our members by making an excellent first and last impression on every member and their guest and providing safe and efficient service. You must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Duties & Expectations + Welcoming our members by name and answering the phone in a friendly and courteous manner + Booking reservations for all wellness outlets and responding to all inquiries in a timely manner + Providing members with sincere advice and obliging recommendations in regard to their wellness goals + Maintaining a clean and filled gym floor, amenities and fruit/beverage station + Learning and promoting the club’s services, events, facilities, and amenities and be able to direct members accordingly + Maintaining spa area including lockers and reservations + Updating group exercise log sheet and communicating any class changes clearly to members + Maintaining a stocked, tidy, and clean work area at all times + Assisting the wellness team however they need and upholding flexibility with scheduling + Responding to and providing aid if you are properly trained in medical or other emergencies + Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment Qualifications Skills & Qualifications + Prior club or hospitality experience preferred + Previous gym experience preferred + Previous customer service experience required + Must have be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System + Available to work on all holidays and weekends + Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying towels, moving weights, & being on feet for extended periods of time + Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills + Maintaining a pleasant, polite manner as well as a neat and clean appearance + Work cooperatively and professionally with other departments + Possess a mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and members
