DescriptionThe Wellness Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the resort's gym and wellness programs, ensuring the effective delivery of wellness services, and coordinating a team of wellness and fitness professionals. This role is key in executing wellness programs as set by the Spa Director, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring guests receive engaging, purposeful, and high-quality wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities\nGuide guest through the wellness facilities, explaining amenities and procedure\nManage booking, schedules, phone call, and reply to guest inquiries\nEfficiently organize appointment\nProvide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns quickly\nPromote wellness products and packages, explaining benefits to guest\nGather guest feedback to improve service and report to the Spa leaders\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nIndonesian citizen, ideally has Therapist certification.\nProven experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.\nIn-depth knowledge of wellness programs, fitness techniques, and holistic wellness practices.\n Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.\n Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of wellness professionals.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
