Equitable is looking for a Wellness Program Analyst to support this important enterprise initiative! The Wellness Program Analyst will provide ongoing program management support to deliver on our mission “to create an innovative, resilient culture that fosters exceptional health and wellbeing in our people an enhances organizational performance.” This role will be integral to delivering our holistic well-being strategy across our wellness pillars: physical, emotional, financial and work-life/social, in conjunction with pillar leads. This individual will partner with Communications, Human Resources, IDO and IT and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives through ongoing management and prioritization. **Key Job Responsibilities:** + Oversee and provide project management and event management support for key Wellness programs/initiatives + Works collaboratively and effectively with internal/external partners to ensure program offerings are being delivered as agreed + Owns well-being enterprise calendar and manages scheduling of external coach resources. + Draft communications to drive participation, synthesize feedback and post-program after-care, and distribute through necessary channels. + Coordinate procurement/production of materials and supplies for live and virtual sessions, support with technology such as Teams and Zoom as needed. + Maintain and optimize budget + Manages procurement, expenses and invoices for external partners and consultants, including training program fees. + Create and maintain tracking of Health Index scorecard + Support amplifying enterprise strategic initiatives identified for Wellness through alignment and tracking of OKRs + Working with specialists to create reporting and analyzing metrics for trends The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
