Our client, a leader in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Wells Analyst to join their team. As a Wells Analyst, you will be part of the operations supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Wells Analyst **Location: Calgary, AB** **Job Description:** + Submit required drilling/completion information and abandonment data to the Regulator in the required format. + Complete well status changes for well start-up, suspensions, and other lifecycle events. + Receive reclamation certificates and update well file status in the management system. + File and submit all well tests to the regulator, including annual testing requirements. + Maintain and update the digital Well File throughout its lifecycle. **Qualifications:** + Certification in Petroleum Land or technical training in a well-related focus. + 3-5 years of experience in downhole reporting or well licensing activities. + Understanding of oil & gas regulatory directives, manuals, and guidelines in Western Canada. + Knowledge of land and public data systems such as Accumap, Wellview, and SAP. + A highly motivated and detail-oriented approach, with a collaborative mindset. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Engagement in meaningful work that contributes to the success of the organization. + Professional development and growth opportunities within the industry. + Exposure to a variety of projects and challenges to enhance your skills. + Be part of a company that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
