Airswift is looking for a Wellview Tech to support a major client in Midland, TX on a 12-month W2 contract.

Responsibilities: Training Conduct field and office training, supporting field teams and office locations on new data standards and all data issues. Train new hires in their area and maintain spreadsheets on new hire training. Facilitate daily training with Ops Techs. Create training documents using department templates and files. Develop and track a Training Matrix for: Office classes and individual sessions. D&C Engineers, Operational Techs, and new hires during onboarding. Crew changes. Data Standards and Auditing Assist in data standards for WellView, including library standardization and recurring cost initiatives. Review functional requirements with the Analyst Group and identify UDL additions/subtractions related to D&C needs. Modify reports and training documents to reflect D&C needs after UDL rollouts. Perform well QC, including reviewing costs, phases, schematics, and more. Highlight negative/positive trends, updates, and improvements in data reporting. Document Development and Updates Develop, implement, and update D&C manuals for various operations, including: Construction Spudder Drilling Pre-Stimulation Stimulation Post-Stimulation Reporting Create and manage single and multi-well data reports, batch reports, and exception reports. Perform ad-hoc WellView data pulls as needed. Develop D&C scorecards and monitor target attainment. 24/7 Support Provide round-the-clock WellView support for field and office personnel. Address calls from both field and office personnel. IT Liaison Work on add-in applications to WellView, such as loaders, inventory transfers, and parameter sheets. Assist in quarterly UDL rollouts and associated report modifications.
Requirement Must have knowledge of drilling and completions operations. Trainers must have a working knowledge of the WellView applications and be able to address any and all questions concerning its functionality. Ability to travel to LCO to facilitate D&C Office training needs. Strong understanding of WLR audits and the ability to create them.
