As the General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass formulating the overall strategy, managing personnel, and establishing policies. What you can expect General Manager Compensation package includes:• Competitive pay ($65,000 - $75,000/yr. based on experience)

What we expect from you General Manager Criteria:MUST have a minimum of 2-4 years of General Manager Experience; Wendy’s or other quick service restaurant experience is REQUIRED.
Must have experience with:
• Food Ordering System
• Managing a Team
• Reading P&L statements
• Scheduling
• Training and Development
• Must be highly motivated.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must work well with a team.
