We are looking for\nan HR Core & Career Development Working Student (all genders) for\nour Cologne office at the earliest possible date. You will\ngain insights into the HR processes of a renowned IT strategy consulting firm,\nworking in a highly professional environment with friendly and motivated\ncolleagues. In this role, you will work at the intersection of personnel\ndevelopment and HR administration.

·       \nYou\nsupport the team in varied day-to-day operations, while simultaneously taking\nresponsibility for your own areas of expertise

·       \nYou\nassist the team in implementing topics related to the career and personnel\ndevelopment of our employees in our Consulting and Business Service areas

·       \nYou\nundertake supporting activities in our personnel development cycle

·       \nYou\nsupport the team in the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings

·       \nYou\ncontribute to our ongoing process optimizations in the Career Development area

·       \nYou\nparticipate in new initiatives in the HR area and independently take on\nadministrative and coordinating tasks

You can help us\nmake a difference

·       \nYou\nare enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably with a focus on\nHuman Resources or a related field

·       \nYou\npossess very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·       \nYou\nhave excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

·       \nYou\ndescribe yourself as an open, friendly, and communicative person with a\nprofessional demeanor

·       \nYou\nare highly organized and work independently, diligently, and reliably

·       \nYou\nhave a quick grasp of new concepts and strong implementation skills
