We are looking for a working student Human Resources (all genders) as soon as possible, for 15-20 hours per week for our Cologne Office. We offer you the opportunity to learn about all HR processes of a renowned IT strategy consultancy and actively contribute to the development of our HR processes.
Shape the world of tomorrowYou support the team with HR-related activities throughout the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboardingYou independently take on tasks in day-to-day operations, such as preparing contract documents, references, and certificatesYou maintain and manage our HR databases and systemsYou actively shape the pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth startYou work on exciting HR initiatives and assist the team in the conception and implementation phases of new projects
You can help us make a differenceYou are an enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable fieldYou are proficient in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)You have excellent written and spoken German and English skillsYou describe yourself as an open, friendly, and communicative person who enjoys working in a team. A professional demeanor is natural for youYou are highly organized and work independently, meticulously, and reliablyYou learn quickly and can apply your knowledge effectively
