Join our team as Working Student (f/m/d) – Insights Hub (Cloud SaaS) Sales Operations and help us digitalize the future. A wide range of tasks, strong team spirit, responsibility, fun and dedication are included for up to 20 hours/week.  

Based: Munich or Erlangen, Germany. Hybrid / Working on-location. Part-time.  

What we’re looking for  

You will assist in day-to-day business as needed and can gain experience in a creative work environment  Process analysis in SaaS business and back-office support for our Sales teams  Preparing various evaluations, statistics and analyses and conducting research, especially regarding renewals, overdue and fluctuation rates  Supporting the creation of Salesforce/SAP reports, dashboards as well as updating data entries  Development & implementation of improvement measures or requirements for the quote-to-order and marketplace processes incl. preparation and support of presentations and workshops  

What you’ll bring  

You are studying at a university in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study.  Ideally, you have an analytical attitude and first experiences in Sales, Project Management or Customer Success Management  You have very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  Good skills in interaction and effective communication with people at all levels and in different cultures  Self-initiative, ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working are an advantage  You have a strong curiosity about familiarizing yourself with promising topics such as IoT and SaaS and have a quick grasp of new things  Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; German skills would be a benefit
