Your tasks

Support, monitor and manage operational procurement tasks such as the P2P process (purchpase2pay) Maintain supplier master data Digitalize & optimize operational procurement processes Project management (Drive own projects within the field of strategic/ operational procurement) Benchmark and cost analyses for indirect categories Analyze and optimize expenses

Your profile

Fluent English and German skills are essential Degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on procurement or supply management), finance, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study Enjoyment of varied tasks Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint High degree of initiative, "hands-on" mentality and team orientation

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung, Überwachung und Verwaltung operativer Beschaffungsaufgaben wie z.B. des P2P-Prozesses (purchpase2pay) Lieferantenstammdaten pflegen Operative Beschaffungsprozesse digitalisieren & optimieren Projektmanagement (Vorantreiben eigener Projekte im Bereich des strategischen/operativen Einkaufs) Benchmark- und Kostenanalysen für indirekte Kategorien Ausgaben analysieren und optimieren

Dein Profil

Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind essenziell Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Supply Management), Finanzen, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang  Spaß an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben  Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel- und PowerPoint Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, „Hands-on“-Mentalität und Teamorientierung
