What You Will Do:

In various projects, Working Students have the opportunity to actively contribute to the fields of renewable energy, climate and environmental policy, and international cooperation, gaining insight into the daily work of a consulting firm. Our Working Students have the opportunity to provide wide-ranging support for client engagements, whilst building their technical foundation. You will work in a team on complex problems and deliver high-quality client-ready work. Working Students will be coached to demonstrate business professionalism and an ability to grasp new concepts quickly to perform effectively in the client environment.

Core responsibilities:

Work on public sector projects on topics in the fields of renewable energy, climate policy, industrial decarbonization, sustainable transformation, energy efficiency and international cooperationSynthesise data into clear analyses and provide fact-based recommendations and solutions for drafting summary reports and presentationsAssist consultants in tasks such as preparing project outlines, short studies, evaluations, presentations etc.Communication with different stakeholder groups and partners


What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 yearsEnrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (Public Policy, Energy Systems, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Technology and Management, Renewable Energy, Resource Economics, Political or Social Sciences, etc.)Fluent in German and/or English


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Available as a Working Student for at least 1 yearPre-existing knowledge and interest in one of the following fields: energy and climate policy, energy economics, sustainable transformation, industrial decarbonizationProficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsA team-player who demonstrates the willingness and ability to work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levelsAble to work on multiple assignments and show a good understanding of the project objectives and client expectations
