**Job Title: Wetroom Operator** **Job Description** Load, unload, and process components on multiple machines in our manufacturing processes to meet product dimensional and cosmetic specifications. Precision measurement experience and computer literacy are essential. **Responsibilities** + Assist with gathering materials and appropriate parts/components for each work order, review and understand print/schematic and instructions + Complete component tracking and specification conformance documentation + Use and understand micrometers, calipers, overlays, pin gages, and other hand measurement devices + Change, remove, and add media to Manual and CNC machines as needed + Load, unload and operate Manual and CNC machines + Load, unload, change, remove, and add media to Clemco and K Finish/Rosler Bowl machines as needed + Perform general machine maintenance + Ensure conformance with cosmetic and functional specifications + Complete Waste treatment processing as necessary without guidance + Rework product as needed **Essential Skills** + Precision measurement tool experience (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other hand measurement devices) + Machine operation, including CNC Machine Operation + Blueprint reading + PC skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Able to recognize, count, and match numbers + Able to read orders and safety signs + Able to read, speak, and understand work instructions given in English **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with precision measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other hand measurement devices) **Why Work Here?** We offer a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and development.
