Build on-the-job training (OJT) curricula, learning items, and resources to support team member training of assigned work tasksEnsure the accuracy and efficiency of OJT resources, including training plans, curricula, learning items, primary and supplemental resources, certification objectives, and assessments.Communicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to understand the training needs and report on training initiativesFacilitate regular meetings with the team and leaders to review key priorities, training deployments, readiness, and complianceProvide comprehensive support during audits by ensuring all vital documentation and compliance requirements are metDocumentation
Identify business needs and establish content requirements for target audienceUse standard English grammar, mechanics, and compositionCarry out to appropriate documentation standards, styles, and templatesWork with subject matter experts to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructionsBuild and modify graphics and imagesEdit and proofread documentation for accuracyEstablish and maintain approval routes and notificationsStore documents in the appropriate repository, using the accurate document securities and keywordsEnsure to follow up on change requests effectivelyFacilitate periodic document reviews for controlled documentsData Analysis & Reporting
