YOUR TASKS
Analyzing (historical) data, internal and external developments in personnel demand, laws and regulations and overall HR data; Developing plans/scenarios regarding personnel capacity, fixed-flexible ratio, distribution across segments/teams, including associated costs/budgets; advising responsible managers on decision-making; Responsible for application management of our HR-WFM database, able to process (queries) SQL data into reporting and / or data dumps; Consulting with responsible managers in various segments in case of (potential) disruptions in personnel staffing and analyses outcome; Monitoring temp collective labor agreement developments, develop plans / scenarios regarding business and financial impact; advising responsible manager on decision making; Monitoring temporary staff contract and conditions, evaluating agency performance, and auditing agency processes including accommodation; Preparing contracting / tender processes, analyses for negotiations, Prepare contract conditions flex staff.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Knowledge of business organization and processes; Experience in personnel staffing, preferably in a logistics or production environment; Experience with Power BI and SQL database management; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Strong communication and analytic skills; Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment; Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
