Title: Production Operator
Location: Webb City, MO (located by Joplin, MO)

Salary: $19.67/hour (After 90 days of active time in position and solid performance review, eligible for rate increase)
Schedule: Straight midnight (S/3)
Shift Differential:  $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

Production Operator Essential Job Functions:

Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.   Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment. Transports palletized materials using a forklift. Performs quality checks.   Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

Production Operator Position Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Stable work history.  Prior production line experience preferred. Experience operating a forklift preferred. Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.   Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment. Must be able to stand and walk for prologned perids, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends, as needed.
