We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Specialist to take charge of our brand new help desk, ensuring we deliver outstanding support for our wholesale partners and their customers.
What You’ll DoAs the Wholesale Account Specialist, you’ll lead and develop a small team of Account Advisors, ensuring they’re attentive to customers and handling queries across phone, chat, and email with care and efficiency. You’ll also:
Take ownership of escalated issues and turn them into coaching opportunities
Support your team day-to-day by answering queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service across all contact channels
Plan team deployment, manage exceptions, and use insights from data to continuously improve processes and customer experiences
Be a driving force for positive change, simplifying processes, improving technology, and making things quicker and easier for our wholesale customers
This role is at the heart of supporting our wholesale customers, helping them run their businesses with confidence and driving loyalty to Morrisons. You’ll lead by example, putting customers first every time, and working collaboratively to build trust and deliver results.
