We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Specialist to take charge of our brand new help desk, ensuring we deliver outstanding support for our wholesale partners and their customers.
What You’ll Do
As the Wholesale Account Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our wholesale partners, ensuring their needs are met and handling queries across phone, chat, and email with care and efficiency. You’ll also:
Take ownership of escalated issues and find effective resolutions.
Provide day-to-day support by answering queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service across all contact channels.
Use insights from data to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
Drive positive change by simplifying processes, improving technology, and making things quicker and easier for our wholesale customers.
Develop and achieve sales and profitability targets. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
