Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator

We have the opportunity for a Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator to join a distributor of internationally renowned premium brands. You will support the wholesale team to drive sales, meet targets and maximise profit by providing efficient admin support. You will manage the process of order book transactions for all customers. By acting as a liaison with customers to ensure outstanding levels of service are provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication Completing retailer data templates Check portals to ensure stock levels are accurate Ensure accurate order entry Manage transfer orders for consignment customers Oversee sample sales

They are looking for someone who is process driven with the ability to multitask, problem solve and work under pressure. It is important you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to interact and build relationships, internally and externally.
