Wholesale Lending Product Owner - SVP

The Product Owner is an organized professional who maintains and prioritizes requirements to align to the overall product vision. Individuals must be able to articulate the product vision through an iterative roadmap while successfully prioritizing the requirements through an agile environment. Prospective candidates should have experience in delivering key functionalities that support a larger end to end workflow, particularly in a Wholesale Lending environment. Applicants must be able to interpret policies and business procedures while identifying areas for simplification. Developed communication and presentation skills are required to ensure senior management is made aware of any risk or blockers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ownership of the product vision aligned to a target operating model and the ability to deliver in iterations towards the future state.
+ Complete ownership of recurring stakeholder engagements which includes the preparation of materials, stakeholder participation, and the resolution of action items.
+ Responsible for ensuring the team(s) follow the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch monitoring.
+ Responsible for ensuring that the team(s) of Product Owners are properly engaging stakeholders, collecting requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating the user acceptance testing (“UAT”) of system enhancements.
+ Ability to review Citi’s Policies and translate into technical requirements for systematic enforcement while incorporating regulatory and compliance alignment.
+ Responsible for the coordination of Quarterly Planning ensuring that all Product Owners complete their respective plans on time with all cross-stream dependencies identified.
+ Maintain & align multiple roadmaps to ensure specific milestones are met.
+ Responsible for tracking UAT events and ensuring all relevant Readiness Events/Business Impact Analysis milestones are accomplished.
+ Identifies risks/blockers in the appropriate forums and coordinates potential resolutions.
+ Ability to interpret large sets of data and present to stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
+ Responsible for documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement in both technology and process.
+ Responsible for drafting, presenting, and ratifying materials that directly impact the roadmap in front of stakeholders and senior management.
+ Ability to measure the team's product and process enhancements through various Key Performance Indicators.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
+ Follows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi’s products and solutions platforms
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of Direct experience leading a team of Product Owners in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in an agile environment.
+ In depth knowledge of Agile process with previous experience implementing the methodologies in a large institution.
+ Previous experience working in a multinational financial institution, with Wholesale Credit Risk experience a plus.
+ Experience in managing and effectively communicating complex issues along with recommendations
+ Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
+ Working knowledge of applications such as JIRA and MS Office.
+ Ability to effectively communicate business requirements through user stories.
+ Background in performing root-cause analysis and recommending data driven solutions
+ Experience creating mock-ups to drive UI/UX design discussions.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence others with or without direct authority
+ Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
