Job DescriptionCome join our Lockbox team located in CO-Enterprise Park Stapleton. You will work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. You will perform a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions. Responsible for but not limited to manually sorting and processing mail, keying transactions and scanning documents with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, goal-driven, production environment.Permanent schedule: Sunday 2:00am to 10:00am and Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm. (End time is 2:30 if you chose a 30-minute lunch)This team work all holiday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Team rotates all other holidays.Location: 10035 E 40th Ave Denver, Colorado 80238-5003 Hiring manager interviews will begin in early January. Start date for this hire is tentatively middle of January.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sunday's: Hire focuses on mail sorting for approximately 4-5 hrs. This includes moving trays and carts of work, standing for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions. Also, ability to move repetitively items that weigh up to 50 pounds
Monday - Thursday Functions
1. High-level data entry, keying payments and supplemental documents for multiple accounts (90% primary function)
2. Operate machinery that extracts the content of envelopes.
This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
