Our client in the Avondale, AZ area is looking to hire a Wholesale Logistics Clerk for their location. The ideal candidate will need to be able to read, understand, and translate retail customer vendor routing guidelines. Responsibilities include waving B2B orders using our WMS platforms based on the shipping window in the B2B order status report.

The Day-to-Day:

Entering 3rd party portals for pack out / ASN entryUCC labels printing for clients using 3rd party portalsManual ASN Transmission for non-EDI integrated clients via 3rd party portalRoute and coordinate LTL / Freight shipments following client/customer routing guidesRouting of POs across various retail customerInitiate quote requests with various freight carriers to meet client needsGreet, document, and obtain proper sign-offs for carrier pick-ups.Coordinate with dock drivers (internal and external) to load trucks and obtain proper sign-offGeneral BOL, packing slips, etc. to meet routing requirements for customers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related strongly preferred but not required1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment center warehouse environment or relatedBilingual (Spanish) is a plusAbility to multitaskBasic math skillsProven history of reliability and punctualityMS Word, Excel, Outlook, SPS, Deposco, and Netsuite experience a plus

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.50 /hrMonday to Friday (Must be available weekends)8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Subject to change)
