SUMMARY Works with the National Collision and Wholesale Parts Manager to grow Subaru Genuine wholesale parts sales and market share as well as increase the adoption of the Subaru Certified Collision Center program at both the retailer-owned and independent repair facilities. PRIMARY ESPONSIBILITIES + Works with the National Collision and Wholesale Manager to create and sustain initiatives that grow Subaru Genuine Parts sales, market share, and Certified Collision Center participation. + Provides monthly reports detailing sales figures and opportunities for collision and mechanical wholesale parts sales and expansion, and monitors vendor activities with the purpose of assessing vendor relationships. + Maintains responsibility for the daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting of analytics related to the Subaru Genuine Wholesale Conquest initiative and Subaru Brand Protection initiatives. + Partners with Subaru Corporation (SBR) to build, execute, and administer a Subaru Global Brand Protection initiative. + Uses various tools to look at retailer aftermarket conversion information and identify trends, irregularities, and opportunities for improved retailer engagement and parts sales growth. + Serves as day-to-day point of contact for and maintains relationships with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) vendor (execution of survey handling/escalation), data aggregation vendor (legal requirements and data management), and Bosch tools to ensure special tool orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. + Supports Regional and Zone Feld staff, including by participating in organizational and training meetings regarding related programs and conducting market capacity analysis to ensure that Certified Collision Network is sufficient for owners’ needs. + Participates in onsite and virtual automotive industry conferences and events. + Tracks Certified Collision Network budget for vendors, marketing, and sponsorships. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES + Collaborates with others to support the planning of department booths and presentations for field and dealer meetings, including the annual National Training Conference (NTC) and National Business Conference (NBC) as well as other ad hoc events, as needed. + Prepares field updates, including monthly reports, as necessary. + Oversees the Collision Web Portal by supplying content and determining ways to drive traffic. Collaborates with Information Technology (IT) department regarding system functionality. + Travels to Automotive Anti-Counterfeiting Council (A2C2) quarterly meetings to meet with other automotive manufacturers to discuss collaboration. REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS + Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects. + Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others outside the team. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to create solid business cases. + Proficient in Oracle Business Intelligence and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Access. + Experience in wholesale parts operations at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or retailer level WORK ENVIORNMENT + Travel: 20% EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 4-6 years' experience COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $70000 - $99900 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
