THE TEAM:
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Wholesale Sales Administrator reports to the Senior Wholesale Manager for PAProcess sales orders for Jushi’s 17+ dispensaries as well as all third-party dispensariesCreate daily and weekly menus using LeafTradeManage existing relationships along with Sr. Wholesale manager and Account manager with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for needs and requestsProvide in-store and virtual training on brands and products to accounts Act as the wholesale contact for all Beyond Hello dispensaries as neededResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerReport on the status of accounts and transactions Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthExpert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of productsMaintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledgeRepresent Jushi at industry events throughout the stateRelay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvementSupport and execute local marketing initiatives as neededMonitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as onlineOther duties as assignedWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:50% to travel; must have a carNon-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend workPost in Scranton and Philadelphia marketsHigh school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferredCannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be one of our product expertsPrevious experience in a sales position preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence Excellent customer service skillsAbility to multitaskExtraverted and enthusiastic personality
