What You’ll Need
High School or GED 1+ years of customer service, distribution center, or similar experience Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs Excellent computer skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), automated order entry systems, and other internet-based tools Product knowledge a plus Warehouse Management System (WMS), AS/400, or other systems knowledge a plus Must have good work approach and be flexible when it comes to assigned job functions Must be able to work in a team environment and self-motivated Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Ability to read and understand RF scanning devices Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Ability to work overtime
