Kforce is looking for a Windows 11 Build and Deploy Consultant for a 6+ month contract. This role is 100% onsite in Allentown, PA. The candidate must be willing to travel to local offices. Key Tasks: * Configures computers for Windows 11 upgrade/replacement following checklist(s) required to ensure customer satisfaction and data/application accuracy * Deploys new computers to end-user, reclaims old computer(s) and updates asset management inventory data to reflect changes * Provides on-site technical support that requires creative problem-solving, using a consultative approach to end users on a variety of issues including but not limited to, computer hardware and software, security and network connectivity * Identifies, researches, resolves technical problems and possesses a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered * Configure, deliver, install, and validate technical equipment as requested * Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software * Identify, research, and resolve technical problems * Communicates information in a timely, accurate and concise manner that fosters a collaborative environment * Maintains inventory records of hardware and peripherals
