Position Specific Description
The Civil Support team is responsible for maintaining and repairing the roads that provide access to wind turbines and other site facilities. In addition the team support projects needed to provide safe access to large and heavy equipment for wind major component replacements such as crane pads and additional turning radius areas for blade access. This role ensures that all access routes are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support the efficient operation of the wind farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, experience in road maintenance or related construction, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Road Maintenance:
- Perform regular inspections of turbine access roads to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Conduct repairs on roads, including filling potholes, grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Maintain clear and safe access routes during all weather conditions, including snow removal and weed control.
- Utilize appropriate equipment and tools for road maintenance tasks.

The base pay for this position is $48,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
