As the Wind Hub Manager for Multiple sites in Central Illinois you will:
People LeadershipProvide leadership to support multi-site service hub- Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners; and succession planning.Own the safety culture within the hub- inclusive of contracted partners and customers.Execute daily Plan of the Day calls – prioritize and manage dispatch schedule.Customer Point of Contact Customer focused approach to build long term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements.Partner with CPM | Customer Performance ManagerEscalate customer concerns with priorityPartner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverables.Turbine Return to ServicePrioritize turbine performance to meet/exceed performance commitments.Multi-site leadershipBe innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations aligned with individual site plans to include creative problem solving with LEAN thinking.Lead operations within multi-site service hub ensuring weekly visits to each site;Drive safety focusContinue to grow customer relationshipTeam engagement and developmentQualifications/Requirements
High School Diploma/or GEDMinimum of 5 years relevant experience inclusive of leadership,Minimum of 3 years experience in a field services or equivalent role in the energy industryEligibility Requirements

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than March 10, 2025.
