MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS\:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering from an accredited engineering school Two (2) years of engineering experience OR a MS degree from an accredited engineering school preferred Technical understanding of data acquisition and instrumentation interface / communication Operational knowledge of instrumentation equipment related to test systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Good collaboration skills, able to work with multiple people and manage a variety of projects simultaneously Excellent English skills (oral, reading, writing and listening) Ability to communicate and interact well with others Expert with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project) Exceptional organizational and planning skills Positive attitude and strong desire to excel *

Understand the process of a testing program Work collaboratively with management, technicians, and on-site client to complete projects and exceed client expectations Revise work instructions and procedures Provide technical input into upgrade and refurbishment projects Working hands-on with technician staff
