The winding equipment includes both manual and automatic winders, while the drying equipment consists of standalone ovens.
Responsibilities:Operation of winding and drying equipmentDocument production rate against shift plan and complete work order informationDocument all equipment, material, and quality issues during shiftFollow all process work instructionsFollow all company environmental, health, and safety standardsQualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with 3 to 4 shifts per week on an alternating schedule.Demonstrated high attention to detail in previous work.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to effectively communicate with carriers and team members.Benefits and Perks:$14.50- $16 plus $1 Shift differential hour ; Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
