We’re looking for a **Winding Team Lead** to manage a team of operators in the filament winding process, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and coordinate your team during filament winding operations. + Set up and operate winding machines, ensuring proper application of resin and glass fiber. + Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. + Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects. + Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace. + Keep accurate records of machine operations, maintenance, and production. **Requirements:** + Ability to read technical documents and blueprints. + Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Experience with FRP materials and processes is a plus. + Ability to work overtime and handle fiberglass-related materials. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous machine operator or leadership experience. + Familiarity with resins, accelerators, and catalysts. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive salary and benefits. + Opportunities for growth within the company. + Safe and collaborative work environment. **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
