The Installation Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Lead Installer, helping to
ensure efficient, high-quality installations. This role involves assisting with basic
installation tasks, gathering tools and materials, and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
The Installation Assistant is responsible for loading installation materials at the ... beginning of the day and assisting with clean-up at the end of the day. This is an entry
level position that supports an experienced installer and provides opportunities for
training and growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

Effectively prepare job sites for setup and tear downAssist in installing products according to manufacturer specifications and buildingcode requirementsWork collaboratively with the Lead Installer to provide exceptional service tocustomersParticipate in and promote safety initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete all required installation, safety, and other job-related trainingFoster a positive team environmentDemonstrate personal accountability and leadershipBuild and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customersPerform other duties as assigned

Skills:

Trade school diploma or certification (preferred but not required)Two years of general carpentry experience (preferred but not required)Experience in window and door installation (preferred but not required)Residential home remodeling experience (preferred but not required)

Verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityOrganizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceAbility to work at heights using ladders, planks, and roofsAttention to detail and a high standard of integrityPhysical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, frequently stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and workoutdoors year-roundAbility to handle exposure to pets and other animals (cats, dogs, bees, etc.)Experience using hand and power tools
