Description and Requirements 岗位职责：1.负责联想Solution Technology部门AI相关产品底层算力适配平台的架构设计和开发。2.负责算力适配平台和其他AI产品的接口对接和联调工作。3.对现有软件的维护，从产品角度对产品核心算法做性能优化。4.参与产品和项目的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、技术文档的编写；5.参与小组内的代码review 工作，推进软件研发单元测试工作有序进行；6.负责模型插件流水线的设计和优化7.负责在UI上通过3D场景展示模型的处理结果 职位要求：1.电子信息类（计算机、软件、电子、自动化）硕士或计算机、软件专业本科生。2.有8年以上windows平台C++桌面软件开发经验；3.有扎实的C++技术功底，熟悉常用的设计模式，有良好的编码风格，能够产出高质量的设计及代码；4.具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务并对系统进度有把控能力；5.熟悉Windows平台底层的消息通信、进线程管理等机制，对稳定性、流畅性等常见性能优化方向有较深理解；5.有3年以上带团队研发管理经验，有较好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；6.熟悉Windows 系统优化，有性能监控软件开发经验优先；7.熟悉图数据结构及相关算法，通过图结构编排和运行模型流水线，并对流水线性能做优化8. 熟悉C#及.net，能通过.net或调用C++库在UI上展示3D等复杂场景及用户交互 Additional Locations:  * China - Guangdong - 深圳（Shenzhen） * China * China - Guangdong * China - Guangdong - 深圳（Shenzhen）
