Description: Field Support Technician Baltimore Harbor Hospital- 1:45 PM To 10 PM Shift, Field Support-Franklin Hospital (Day shift + rotating flex schedule Field Support: Good Samaritan Hospital (Day shift + rotating flex schedule) • Must have a good car • Site to site mileage reimbursed • Resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to. No one will hover over them on a daily basis • Hours and site visits are monitored via badge access • Shift: Mon - Friday 9 - 5:30pm 1 week on call. This role may also require some later evenings to approximately 8 PM as needed. Start time will be adjusted based on the needs of the business  Resource based in the Silver Spring, MD area would be ideal  Roaming travel: South Baltimore ( Silver Spring, Lanham, Mitchellville, MD, Laurel, MD areas) These folks will require flexibility as far as location to be working at as we will be moving them around to meet demand o Incidents – Software break/fix o IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. o Refresh o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Basic experience a with Active Directory o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED o Experience with LogMeIn o Ticketing System is ServiceNow o Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations Skills: windows 10, traveler, field support Top Skills Details: windows 10,traveler,field support Additional Skills & Qualifications: Resource must have Windows 10 experience As this is a new contract, please expect some changes regarding hours and locations.
