Description Our client is seeking additional resources to join their team of six technicians for a Windows 11 refresh project. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in deploying Windows 11 and refreshing 1100 devices. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience to contribute to a significant IT project. Key Responsibilities: Windows 11 Deployment: Deploy Windows 11 across 1100 devices, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions. Intune/Auto Pilot Management: Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Management tools, including Intune and Auto Pilot, to manage and configure devices. Asset Management: Accurately track completed work and outstanding tasks to maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer support, interacting with end users to address their needs and concerns. Process Adherence: Follow established processes set while working independently to complete assigned tasks. Proactive Engagement: Demonstrate eagerness and initiative in completing the project, leveraging past experience in similar deployment/refresh projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in Windows 11 deployment and device refresh projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Management, including Intune and Auto Pilot. Strong asset management skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-starter with a proactive approach to task completion. Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach. Maintains a calm and patient demeanor. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
