Description We are in the process of integrating Windows 11 into our systems and are searching for a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to join our team. This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and falls within the IT industry. We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity, where the chosen candidate will be expected to provide hands-on assistance and resolve IT-related issues. Responsibilities: • Assist in the migration process to Windows 11. • Provide technical support during computer breakdowns and installations. • Efficiently manage incoming calls related to IT issues. • Contribute to the transportation of IT equipment to various locations within the premises. • Utilize a range of skills including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies. • Engage in Computer Hardware management and work with Dell Technologies. • Handle tasks related to Active Directory and Apple Devices. • Work with Backup Technologies and Configuration Management.
