What you will do

Manage, administer, troubleshoot, and configure all editions of VMware & windows.Install Windows/VMware Server.Troubleshoot Windows events, WMI connection issues, and related problems.Handle Windows memory dump and page file configurations.Diagnose and resolve unexpected VMware/Windows issues.Address Windows User Profile, RDP, and licensing concerns.Understand DHCP and KMS.Build and manage VM SystemsTroubleshoot server performance issues.Expand disks and resolve application-related issues.Follow Incident Management and Change Management processes.Knowledge of Windows Failover Cluster Manager.Familiarity with Hyper-V and the Windows ESU Activation process.Coordinate with and align vendors.Upgrade OS via In-Place Upgrade.

You will bring

Extensive knowledge of VM administration.Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of VMware virtualized environments.Manage vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines.Monitor and tune VMware environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Implement best practices for resource allocation, load balancing, and high availability.Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues related to VMware infrastructure.
