Job Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Windows laptop and thin client hardware across the organization. Configure and manage Windows laptops and thin clients using tools such as Intune. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of Windows laptops and thin clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows laptops and thin clients. Work with the IT team to ensure that all Windows devices are fully integrated with other business systems and applications. Manage software updates and patches for Windows laptops and thin clients, ensuring that all devices are up - to-date and secure. Monitor performance and optimize Windows laptops and thin clients to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Windows laptops and thin clients. Maintain accurate documentation of all hardware and software configurations and changes.
