Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Server Administrator to join our team in the Appleton/Oshkosh, WI area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server environment, ensuring seamless operation of our infrastructure, and supporting long-term cloud migration goals. You’ll work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment, supporting 7,000 end users and a technical ecosystem spread across two data centers. Key Responsibilities: + Firewall Administration: Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and support special requests such as web services and remote security platforms. + Server Maintenance: Provide administration and support for a hybrid environment, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions. + Ticketing Systems: Address escalations, track and resolve tickets, and contribute to detailed documentation of tickets and processes. + Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and procedures. + Cloud Migration: Collaborate with the team to work towards the long-term goal of cloud integration. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator • Proficient in Active Directory, demonstrating the ability to manage and maintain user accounts and access rights. • Familiarity with AWS Technologies, showing competence in cloud services and infrastructure. • Solid understanding of Server technology, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Proficiency in Office 365, highlighting the ability to support users and resolve software-related issues. • Experience with 365 Enterprise, demonstrating knowledge in managing enterprise-grade applications. • Knowledge of SCCM, showcasing the ability to automate deployment and manage systems. • Proficient in Azure AD Connect, with the ability to synchronize on-premises directories with Azure AD. • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, demonstrating skills in managing identity and access in the cloud. • Proficiency in Linux, showing the ability to operate and administer Linux-based systems. • Experience in Server Administration, highlighting the ability to manage and maintain server infrastructure Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
